Hab hier eine ausm Penny mit besagter Kalorienzahl pro 100g und 3g Fett. Eine Portion sind ca 300-350 gramm + 1-2 EL Öl. Findet ihr das viel oder noch im Rahmen für ne Hauptmahlzeit?

Ich find das auch total ok! Bei mir haben Hauptmahlzeiten manchmal bis zu 700 kcal!
Meistens aber auch so zwischen 400 u. 600!

Also keine Panik, das ist wirklich nicht viel!
