diese vielleicht nicht ganz ernst gemeinten tipps sind zwar in englisch, aber ich denke jede(r) hier kann das lesen...
1.
Eat a chocolate before each meal. It will take the edge off your appetite and you'll eat less.

Store your food on top of the freezer. Calories are afraid of heights so they will jump out of the food.
3.
Ensure you have a balanced diet - eat equal amounts of dark, milk, and white chocolate.
4.
Never order dessert. Instead, let your partner order two and then share them. Shared food doesn't have any calories.
5.
Fry your food in vegetable oil. Vegetables are good for you.
6.
And remember, 100 laughs a day is equal to 10 minutes of exercise! Now can it get any easier than that?
