ich habe elian tropfen zuhause, sind homöopathische appetitzügler. außerdem nehm ich noch fucus oligoplex, auch homöopathisch, regt den stoffwechsel an, darf man aber bei schilddrüsenüberfunktion nicht nehmen. also mir hilfts ganz gut, v.a. die elian tropfen.
